Galope, and the Local Government of Libagon joined hands to solidify a Deed of Donation, paving the way for the establishment of Region 8's inaugural government-operated residential care facility for senior citizens.

Ranque, Mayor of Libagon, Commissioners of the NCSC, including OIC Dr. Mary Jean P. Loreche, and the esteemed land donors, Mr. and Mrs. Galope, graced the event.
