Call for Submission of 2025 Agency Accomplishment Reports and 2026 Agency Plans in Compliance with Joint Memorandum Circular(JMC) No. 1, Series of 2023

The NCSC respectfully requests all government agencies, government-owned and controlled corporations and state universities and colleges to submit their 2025 Agency Accomplishment Reports and 2026 Agency Plans pertaining to programs, projects and activities for older persons, in compliance with the JMC No. 1, Series of 2023.
Pursuant to Section 36 of the 2026 General Appropriations Act (GAA), "all agencies of the government shall formulate plans, programs, and projects intended to address the concerns of Senior Citizens and Persons with Disability, in so far as it relates to mandated functions and integrate the same in their regular activities."
Thus, we enjoin national government agencies, state universities and colleges, government financial institutions, government-owned and controlled corporations, including local government units, to submit their signed and scanned 2025 Agency Accomplishment Reports and 2026 Agency Plans for older persons on or before 27 February 2026.
