The National Commission of Senior Citizens (NCSC), together with various national agencies, joins the "Handog ng Pangulo: Serbisyong Tapat Para sa Lahat." This initiative brings together government services in celebration of President Ferdinand "Bongbong" R. Marcos, Jr.'s birthday on 13 September 2025.
Simultaneous government services are being offered across the Philippines, coinciding with the President's birthday, to make government assistance more accessible to citizens in all provinces.
Live-streaming of these events will be available on its official Facebook page and Radyo Magasin 1278AM, allowing citizens to engage with the festivities.
For 13 September 2025, 1,440 senior citizens will be added to the number of grantees of the cash gift distribution to beneficiaries under Republic Act no. 11982 or the Expanded Centenarians Act (ECA) with a total amount of ₱15,660,000.00 to be disbursed.

Since implementing ECA this year, NCSC has distributed cash gifts to a total number of 108,344 grantees with a total amount of ₱1,769,630,000.00 disbursed.
The distribution process is being coordinated with local government units (LGUs) and the Office of the Senior Citizens Affairs (OSCA) through NCSC Regional Offices to ensure that these services reach even the most remote communities. Eligible senior citizens or their families are encouraged to apply through their OSCA or to visit www.ncsc.gov.ph for further information.
In addition, this special distribution will feature a Caravan of Services—a one-stop hub where senior citizens can access a wide range of support programs from partner government agencies, private organizations, and service providers. These include free health check-ups, wellness consultations, livelihood engagement promotions, social protection enrollment, and other forms of assistance designed to promote the well-being of our elders.
Join us in celebrating this momentous occasion and in bringing not just financial aid but meaningful, holistic support to the senior citizens who continue to shape and inspire our communities. ■
