Online Registration

All senior citizens of the country are invited to register with NCSC.  By registering, the commission will be able to develop a comprehensive Elderly Database Management System or EDMS which will serve as a primary tool in creating plans, programs, and activities that will help improve the lives of the older Filipino persons.

Step 1
FILLING-UP REGISTRATION FORM

Fill-up the online registration form correctly, completely, and honestly.  Affix your recent photo and attached an image copy of your valid ID card in the form.  Always check the entries of the registration form to make sure all are correct.

Step 2
SUBMIT REGISTRATION FORM

After you have completely filled-up the registration form and have successfully affixed your photo as well as the image copy of your valid ID,  submit the registration form by clicking on the 'Submit' button at the bottom of the page.  Make sure that the submission process is successful and complete.

Step 3
VERIFY REGISTRATION RECORD

When your submission is successful, you will be prompted with a confirmation page containing your Registration Reference Number known as the RRN.  Please keep this number and the instruction that comes with it.  You can now check the status of your registration in the online verification page.

Step 4
VALIDATE
REGISTRATION RECORD


Your registration with NCSC is now complete.  With this, you will be qualified for validation and authentication. We will reached you using the contact information you have provided in the form.

Step 5
CREATE PERMANENT ACCOUNT

When your registration data has been verified, your registration will be upgraded as a verified registrant.  When you become a verified registrant, you will be provided with an online account for which you can login.

What is a Senior Citizen's Data Form or SCDF?

The Senior Citizen Data Form known as the SCDF is the official registration form used by the National Commission of Senior Citizens to be filled up by the registering senior citizen.  It is composed of four (4) sections to contain information of the data subject's personal information, economic profile, health condition, and skill set identification.  It is a self-accomplished form that must be made by the senior citizens themselves.  In case the registering senior is not capable of filling out the form, it is recommended to have a close family member or somebody known to him or her assist in accomplishing the registration form.

What does it mean when you register with NCSC?

The National Commission of Senior Citizens or NCSC has been mandated to alleviate the living condition difficulties of all the seniors citizens of the country and provide programs that will improve, develop, and protect the well-being of each.  By this, all senior citizens are invited to register with NCSC and participate in developing programs and activities that are beneficial to all the seniors.  

What is your responsibility when you register?

By registering, it is your responsibility to provide an accurate, complete, and updated record of your personal profile, family composition, educational attainment, enumeration of skills, and medical condition.  By providing such information, NCSC will be able to design its programs and activities personally for you and thus, providing you assistance suitable for your specific need and condition.
 

What is the obligation of NCSC when you register?

By registering, NCSC acquires the information dataset to be used in the validation of each registrant.  It is the obligation of NCSC to protect and secure the information obtained from the registration form and commits to use the information solely for the purpose of performing its mandate.
