With the theme: "Whole-of-Nation, Whole-of-Government Approach for the Senior Citizens" -- the 2nd National Advisory Board took off to a fiery start here.
Breaking the ice was Atty. Franklin Quijano, Chairman of the National Commission of Senior Citizens (NCSC) with his brief introduction on the creation of the NCSC, its plans, and programs for the elderly.
He then zeroed in on the NCSC's 9 priority programs and briefly describe some of its salient points and added the Commission's aggressive online data registration for senior citizens.
